Toppings

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well blended.
  • Add chia seeds to the mixture and stir vigorously for about 2 minutes.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into individual mason jars.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Serving

  • Stir the pudding well in the morning, adding a splash of almond milk for a thinner consistency if desired.
  • Layer the chia pudding in serving bowls or jars with fresh mixed berries on top.
  • Garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes

For a unique twist, consider using coconut or cashew milk. Adjust sweetness with agave syrup or similar. Experiment with different fruits or add nuts for crunch. Store in an airtight container for up to five days.
