  • 2 pieces Bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced adds a pop of color and sweetness

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced provides a fragrant punch of flavor
  • 4 cups Beef broth forms a rich and savory sauce
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz) adds a tangy freshness
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning provides a robust herbaceous taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil brings everything together with healthy fats
  • to taste Salt and pepper for flavor balance

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by cutting the steak into bite-sized pieces, slicing the colorful bell peppers, dicing the onion, and mincing the garlic.

Cooking

  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces and sear them until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the steak from the pot and set aside.
  • In the same pot, sauté the onion and sliced bell peppers for about 3-4 minutes, then add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Return the seared steak to the pot and add the cooked pasta, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Stir everything together to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover the pot and cook for 12-15 minutes, allowing the pasta to soak up the flavors.
  • Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate the steak in olive oil, garlic, and Italian herbs for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Feel free to customize vegetables based on your preference.
