Assembly

  • Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners. Scoop the dough mixture into each hole, pressing down firmly.
  • In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter cups in the muffin pan.

Chilling
