Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and peppermint extract. Mix for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool for 15 minutes, then poke holes throughout the cake with a toothpick.

Flavor Infusion
