  • Cook the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown for around 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté the Garlic: In the same pan, melt butter. Add minced garlic and chili flakes, sautéing until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Prepare the Sauce: Stir in gochujang, chicken broth, and brown sugar. Bring to a gentle simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add Creamy Goodness: Slowly pour in heavy cream while stirring. Season with salt and black pepper. Simmer for an additional minute.
  • Cook the Noodles: Boil water and cook ramen according to package instructions. Drain and add to the creamy garlic sauce. Toss gently.
