Preparation

  • In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and orange zest. Stir well.
  • Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
  • Remove from heat and stir in nuts and herbs if using.

Baking

  • Place the brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spoon the cranberry sauce over it.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the brie is soft and bubbly.
