  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken with the cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro. Stir until well-coated.
  • Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to make them pliable.
  • Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture into the center of a tortilla, roll it tightly, and place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Repeat this process for all tortillas.

Baking
