Ingredients
  

Chicken and Marinade

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces breast, thigh, or tenders
  • 2 tbsp olive oil adds richness and moisture
  • 1.5 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix for classic ranch flavor
  • 1 tsp dried dill enhances ranch flavor profile
  • 2 tsp paprika adds mild smokiness
  • 1 tsp garlic powder for deeper garlic flavor
  • 1 tsp onion powder enriches the dish
  • 0.5 tsp salt essential seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper essential seasoning

Creamy Sauce

  • 1 stick unsalted butter luxurious sauce base
  • 8–10 cloves garlic, minced infuses sauce with garlic flavor
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese adds richness
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce optional for a spicy kick
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes optional for added warmth
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced adds color and flavor
  • 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning for sauce
  • 1 tsp dried dill for sauce
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder for sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, dried dill, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Toss the chicken pieces in the mixture until fully coated.
  • Thread the seasoned chicken onto the soaked skewers.

Cooking

  • In a saucepan over low to medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, minced parsley, dry ranch seasoning, dried dill, and onion powder. Mix until smooth, reserving a portion for basting.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat or preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Grill the skewers for 5-6 minutes on each side, basting with creamy sauce during the last few minutes.
  • Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Once cooked, brush the skewers with reserved sauce and let them rest before serving.

Notes

Serve with a fresh salad, grilled veggies, or rice. Reserve some sauce for dipping.
