Instructions
 

Cooking the Sausage

  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced andouille sausage and sauté until nicely browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the sausage and set aside.

Cooking the Pasta

  • Return the browned sausage to the pot, then add in the penne pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
