Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of the dish.
  • Bake the crust for about 8-10 minutes until golden, then allow to cool.

Cheesecake Filling

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add the brown sugar and mix until combined.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Gradually mix in all-purpose flour until just combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips.

Baking
