  • Add ground chicken to the skillet, break it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir gently, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  • Gradually sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted. Add a splash of chicken broth or water if too thick.
  • Allow to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  • Toast the sandwich buns lightly until golden brown.
