Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef (or chosen plant-based alternative) with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  • Heat a grill or skillet on medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Assembly

  • In each serving bowl, lay down a generous layer of mixed greens.
  • Place the cooked burger patties directly on top of the greens.
  • Artfully arrange halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, diced avocado, shredded cheese, and dill pickles around the patties.
  • Drizzle burger sauce or dressing on top of the assembled bowl.
