Apples

  • In a bowl, toss the diced apples with lemon juice and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, unsweetened applesauce, egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, mixing until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the prepared apples.

Baking
