Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well mixed and frothy.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently but constantly until eggs are creamy and just set.
  • Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or in a skillet until soft and pliable.

Assembly
